Lean meats like chicken and salmon are excellent choices.

It is ideal to get more protein in your eating regimen. Protein rich foods are burnt off faster than carbs or fats. Also get more fat in your diet.

There are different kinds of fats. Healthy fats are the kinds found in oil and nuts. Peanut butter is an excellent choice for a fat source. These kinds of foods help clean out your digestive system and are good for your heart. You need to eat fat in order to lose fat. Carbohydrates are great for energy. Eating more vegetables and eating more whole grains is great. Having carbs will boost your energy levels so you feel energetic all day. It is best to have them earlier in the day. A bowl of oatmeal with low fat milk is a great choice to start your day off.
